Two-Tone Accordion Garland from Confetti Pop. Photography by Canary Grey Photography.

STEP ONE

Cut 1″ wide strips of both colors of scrapbook paper. Using one of each color, overlap two strips at a perpendicular angle.

STEP TWO

Fold the end of the bottom strip (#1) over the top strip (#2). Next, fold #2 behind #1. Repeat by folding each piece behind the other. Continue until your chain reaches the desired length.

STEP THREE

Once complete, tie string around each end of the chain to hang. Use adhesive dots to secure garland to the underside of the mantle and create the swags.
